Per the State of Connecticut, all attendees MUST BRING a 2023 NEC® Code Book to be admitted into the class. Electronic versions of the 2023 National Electric Code are acceptable provided that it is viewed on an IPAD, Notebook or Laptop (NO Cell Phone Viewing). All attendees who do not meet these requirements WILL NOT be admitted to the class.

All attendees are also required to bring a highlighter and a calculator.

I am an E-1 Contractor, Licensed in the State of Connecticut.

I own/operate an electrical business that specializes in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Wiring: Ballard Electric Inc. located in Connecticut from 1984 to present.

I have taught Continuing Education Programs for Electricians in the State of Connecticut, certified by the Department of Consumer Protection since 2005.

I hold a Professional Teaching Certificate and taught in the State of Connecticut Technical High School System from 1989 through 2020 with Department Head Status.

Certificated instructor in the Adult Education Apprenticeship Program for the State of Connecticut from 1987 to 2007.
